  • To produce internationally competitive workforce for the intellectual economy with good professional knowledge, computer literacy, foreign language proficiency, soft skills, critical thinking, communication and group work for the sake of serving the community and society
  • To approach educational services in the region and beyond, and continuously improve academic programs, teaching and learning methods and management mode of IEI
  • To use advanced technologies for teaching and learning as well as for management in order to meet the demands (i.e. needs and expectations) of students, employers and the society
  • To continually improve the living standards of IEI’s staff and faculty, and aspire to unleash their full potential and contributions so as to develop IEI into a healthy, transparent and strong community, increasing its competitive advantages in the region and beyond
